Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe the removal or blocking was a mistake, you may file a counter-notification with the following:

• Identification of the content and its prior location.
• Your contact info (name, address, phone, email).
• A good faith statement under penalty of perjury.
• Your consent to jurisdiction in your local federal court (or any U.S. court if outside the country).
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will forward your counter-notice to the complainant. If they do not file a court action within 7 business days of receiving it, the material may be reinstated at our discretion.
